Their online friendship bloomed on Facebook and both the stars were just hooked to it, sharing their feelings and writing about each other. But soon their wall posts came to media glare.

As per reports, it was Shahid who suggested Priyanka to get a Twitter id, contrary to the last time when Priyanka asked Shahid to start a Facebook account. Sources add that the prime reason for the actors to be on Twitter is to promote their film Kaminey .

Shahid who made an account on Twitter last year was not so active in his posts, until now. Of late, he has taken on Twitter religiously. In fact both the stars are tweeting about ‘Kaminey’ and its release date. Priyanka seems impatient in her posts and Shahid is consoling her over the delay of movie release.

Twitter is hugely popular among international celebrities. Shahid is connected to 3312 people through Twitter and his fans on the site are increasing considerably. Shahid has even mentioned about the tentative release date of ‘Kaminey’ (on 14th August) and has tweeted about his next ventures.

Recently, Bollywood sex bomb Mallika Sherawat too started tweeting.
